NTPC
	Welcome to year four for NTPC! We are entering 2007 as the largest national team penning association in the United States! With that, we at NTPC are very excited about the opportunity to offer more exciting events than ever before. Realizing that a fair rating system is paramount, we will continue to give that our utmost attention. Secondly, our rules have been structured to promote fairness and an equal opportunity for every contestant to compete. Safety to both cattle and horses are also a big priority for NTPC and the rules governing that safety will be strictly enforced. The NTPC has been established to allow you the opportunity to participate on a level playing field in an arena with your peers. We believe “It’s about time” that a Team Penning organization steps up to allow people to compete in first class competitions with more money, prizes and opportunities than our sport has ever seen. It is no secret that when the National Team Penning Championships was formed, we looked around at other groups to see who was doing the best job for their members. The group we selected was the United States Team Roping Championships, in Stephenville, Texas. The USTRC has proven that a national organization can be built through quality and integrity for their members. The USTRC has agreed to help us through our building years and consult with us on every aspect of bringing quality service to our team penning members. The NTPC is working with clubs and associations in every state to produce team penning competitions that ultimately result in large Regional Championships as well as a National Championship. Our key producers in every state are people who have been hand-picked by our management to insure our members get to compete in nothing less than consistent, quality competitions.
